Pimento Cheese Pull Apart Bread

Just in time for Easter

With Easter right around the corner, you may have already started preparing your holiday dinner menu (we always serve glazed ham and potato gratin!), but let’s not forget that the party starts with the appetizers. 


In order to avoid guests getting grumpy - er, hungry - whip up this delicious, and easy, Pimento Cheese Pull Apart Bread. With only two ingredients (yes, TWO!), it’s the perfect pre-dinner snack that is sure to satisfy you and your guests during the egg-hunt.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Cut bread diagonally into 1-inch intervals, keeping the bottom crust intact, then slice again in the opposite direction making a criss-cross pattern.

  3. Stuff pimento cheese evenly between slices.

  4. Place bread on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted and bread is nice and toasty, about 18-20 minutes.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
