This Sunday, treat your mom to a special brunch - you know she deserves it! I’ve always said one of the best ways to show someone how much you appreciate them is through cooking and this Mother’s Day, give your mom a chance to relax and enjoy a beautiful brunch spread - made by you!

While brunch may seem daunting, you can easily make a delicious meal without the stress. Check out our favorite ways to make this Mother’s Day brunch extra special.

Baked goods:

Whether your mom likes scones, muffins (with chocolate chips or blueberries of course!), or biscuits, baked goods is a great way to show your mom how much you appreciate her. What’s brunch without bacon and eggs? In order to avoid a messy kitchen, consider cooking bacon in the oven on a baking sheet, that way you don’t have to worry about leaving a greasy mess in your kitchen. Breakfast sausages are also a great protein source to add to your brunch menu.

There are an endless amount of ways to make eggs - whether you like them scrambled, over-easy, fried, or in an omelet, they are so easy to make and perfect for breakfast. We love adding a scoop of Original Pimento Cheese to our scrambled eggs and omelets - the cheese melts perfectly into the eggs, for the ultimate savory dish. If you want to have a bit more of a kick, use our Green Chile Cilantro Pimento Cheese instead!

Sweet Treats:

For a sweeter meal, consider making pancakes or waffles, or for a healthier route, just add a fruit salad! Cut up your favorite fruit like bananas, apples, strawberries and melons and serve on the side.
